Sports store www.mikasabulgaria.com reserves the right to change the prices of the goods listed on the site at its discretion and without prior notice to customers. When placing an order, the Client is required to pay the price valid at the time the order was completed. All discounted prices and promotions are marked by crossing out the old price and placing the new price next to/below it.

Sports store www.mikasabulgaria.com guarantees that all goods listed on the site are originals of the companies holding the rights to the specific brand. You can be confident in the quality of the products you purchase from us!

When you order a product from Sports store www.mikasabulgaria.com, we will send you an email confirming your order. Completing your order at Sports store www.mikasabulgaria.com constitutes an invitation for us to enter into a sales contract, which will be accepted by us upon sending an email confirming the shipment of the item to you. If the items are out of stock, they will not be considered part of this contract. Sports store www.mikasabulgaria.com undertakes to notify the Client of out-of-stock items within a reasonable time.

II. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

1. Sports store www.mikasabulgaria.com undertakes to:

  • confirm the availability of the ordered products or to reject the order (or part of it) within 2 working days
  • deliver the product ordered for purchase within the time specified on the Delivery and Returns page
  • ensure that all products are factory new and sealed by the manufacturer

2. The Client undertakes to:

  • provide two names, a valid phone number, a delivery address, and preferably an email address that is regularly checked by the Client
  • accept the order and pay the price of the goods that was valid at the time the order was completed, along with the delivery cost according to the terms described in the Delivery and Returns information (if applicable)

III. Terms related to the sale of goods:

By completing an order at Sports store www.mikasabulgaria.com, the Client declares that they are over 18 years old or have permission to place an order.

The goods ordered for purchase are delivered to the delivery address specified by the Client within the time specified in the delivery and payment information. The goods are delivered suitably packaged according to their type and the means of transport for delivery. Upon delivery, the Client or a third party signs the accompanying documents. A third party is considered to be anyone who is not the titleholder of the order but accepts the goods on delivery and is at the address specified by the Client.

Ownership of the goods passes to the Client immediately after the full price of the ordered goods has been paid.

If the Client refuses to accept the goods, except in the cases described below, the refusal is considered unreasonable, and the Client is liable to pay the costs of delivery and return of the goods. In this case, the Client is obliged to compensate Sports store www.mikasabulgaria.com for damages and lost profits, including any other costs beyond the costs of delivery and return of the goods, incurred as a result of the refusal.

The Client has the right to refuse to accept the goods ordered for purchase when they are delivered under one of the following conditions:

  • the delivered goods do not correspond to the goods ordered by the Client, which can be determined by a simple inspection.
  • the price the Client is required to pay does not correspond to the price shown when completing the order at Sports store www.mikasabulgaria.com.
  • there is a discrepancy between the ordered and delivered goods that could not have been identified at the time of delivery.

The Client has the right to request an exchange of size or product listed in their initial order. In this case, they must declare their request in writing (by email from the email address specified in their profile), by phone (from the phone number specified in their profile), or via the contact form on the Sports store www.mikasabulgaria.com website, within 30 working days from the date of delivery in accordance with Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Bulgaria. In such cases, the costs of returning and reshipping the new item are borne by the Client.

The Client is not entitled to expect compensation from Sports store www.mikasabulgaria.com in the following cases:

Normal wear and tear during use of the product:

  • For other equipment: normal wear and tear during product use;

Improper use:

  • For other equipment: improper use of the product, such as on surfaces unsuitable for the specific sport;

If the warranty sticker was present and is removed (or traces of attempts to do so) (if such existed at the time of product delivery), any warranty claims will not be considered valid!
